  2. OMG, I suspect even Mulroney would blush if it were him in that closet. Mercer must now be high in his enemies' list. No wonder they hate CBC. How does he even manage to keep his head up when he walks into Parliament?

    1. The answer to your question, Anon, may lie in the fact that Harper surrounds himself with sycophants who, like their Dear Leader, are totally lacking in any semblance of integrity or moral courage.

  3. Another thought just occurred to me. Remember how Harper had gone on TV and said that Dion was unsuitable to be PM because he had bumbled that interview (in English) with Duffy's network? He had an opportunity to show Canadians, and the world, what true leadership was in those few minutes when the bullets were flying. Instead, he chose to hide in the closet. Harper 2008 would have called Harper 2014 a coward, or at least most unsuitable to be PM, no?
