Like A Festering Pustule That Refuses To Heal

Perennial posterior pain K(T)ory Teneycke just won't go away. Currently a Conservative Party campaign spokesman, he once again appears to be out of his depth.

In the following video, which gets really interesting at the four-minute mark, a principled Tom Clark pursues the irritating gnat over his party's use of terrorist imagery in its latest political ad, an apparent contravention of his leader's Bill C-51 anti-terror legislation. You will see that Teneycke is no match for the tenacious Clark.

  1. Lorne, Kory Teneycke is not with it. Harper election staff like Kory Teneycke will do more damage to Harper campaign than help. Reporter did a number on him. Kory Teneycke comes across as being in a wonderland and it seems that he does not know what he is talking about. Harper should be more worried about his own staff than opposition parties.

    1. I get the impression that people like Teneycke aren't used to being challenged, LD. No doubt after this interview, Tom Clark will be on the Harper enemies list. I hope a similar spotlight will be placed on Harper and company during the upcoming campaign,

    2. Clark said that after the interview Teneycke was upset that he hadn't been given any idea of what the questions might me. He gets that attitude from his boss no doubt. Gotta love the line, "we're better than the news, we're truthful ". He sure stepped on a land mine there, lol.

    3. The presumption that he had the right to know the questions in advance is telling, Anon. His pratfall looks good on him though, doesn't it?

  2. "We're better than news, we're truthful" . Teneycke says this as if it's his gottcha moment over Tom Clark. I think you're right Lorne, Teneycke isn't used to being challenged. When Tom Clarke did challenge him, Teneycke slithered away. Tenecke was constantly trying to one up Tom Clark instead he came across as being deceitful. They say one of the attributes of a psychopath is his/her being able to bold face lie with a straight face. I do not know in fact iif Teneycke is a psychopath. I do know however that he is liar.

    1. Pamela, your description of Teneycje as having 'slithered away' is an apt allusion to the entire regime of Harper acolytes. They are all snakes in the grass, doing their venomous best to poison Canada.

  3. .. In the past I mentioned the military nonsense at the Air Canada Center to deliver a puck to center ice.. Armored vehicles, soldiers in balaclavas with machine guns entering the arena from all corners..

    Now this .. http://www.frankkoller.com/2015/06/a-tasteless-jingoistic-paramilitary-embarrassment-at-the-rcmp-musical-ride/

Of course this kind of presentation, media, advertising and messaging can only occur with the approval and endorsement of PM Stephen Harper. Messengers deliver messages. Prime Ministers control government and the political parties that prop them up.

When will mainstream media demand a coherent response from Stephen Harper regarding his role in the toxic barbarous messaging pouring from his government and his political party and the vendors they've hired to design and execute such blatant travesties?

    1. Thanks for information and the link, Salamander. To read that the RCMP musical ride has become just another vehicle to convey their political master's vision is disappointing but, I guess, ultimately not surprising. It begs the question of whether any Canadian institution has escaped the corrupting influence of Stephen Harper. It is an issue Carol Goar addresses in today's Star: http://www.thestar.com/opinion/commentary/2015/06/28/stephen-harper-has-altered-the-face-of-canada-goar.html
