Think sedition depends on acting on the thought or inspiration. Conspiracy is the planning to be seditious?
ReplyDeleteContinued exposure of criminality is treated more harshly than cartoon wishful thinking.
For serious cases most probable would be defamation and economic destruction tho involuntary state assisted suicide is a common more traditional end game.
I suspect the definition of sedition is fluid in Amerika. lunta. After all, I thought the insurrectionists of January 6th were seditious, but apparently they were peaceful tourists who became hostages of a horrible, hostile government.
