Rocky and Bullwinkle may be subversive in ways we never knew. Even Mr Ed the Talking Horse spoke in dark tones from the box stall.. Indeed he was a neighsayer ! And what of Bewitched or I Dream of Genie .. ? Incantations & beguilement are serious matters to be put before the secret panel and Matt huff n puff Wolf and he could blow down The Little House On The Prairie.. And oh oh.. Your perspicacious post is a sharp reminder, Sal, of all the subversion we have had to weather over the years. I suggest striking a pan-American committee of inquiry into the whole sorry mess. Imagine the generations of minds that have been warped!
