I just finished a book by a young Millenial, Owen, entitled Are We Screwed? He suggests there is much hope to be found in the activism of the young, but he also admits that as concerned as they are about the environment and such, they do not necessarily see voting as an important part of their activism. While electoral engagement is not a panacea, if they turn their backs on it, they are allowing others to determine their fate.
Lorne, this piece inspired me to brush off one of the classics from election 2015. Enjoy.

Oh, thank you, Mound. That resonates with and soothes my psyche on so many levels!
