I'm coming to believe the unbelievable - that, if Americans want a country for the working classes, blue and white collar; organized labour, trades and professions; they're going to have to fight for it. There is no way today's institutional, embedded privilege will be yielded voluntarily. It will be defended and probably quite violently.
The original American Revolution was fought over the issue of no taxation without representation. The next revolution will be fought over the issue of no representation for the majority of citizens.

Sounds like the need for another revolution, Mound, although I have to wonder if the average person has the wherewithal to consider thus.
