In case you can't make out the fine print at the bottom, it reads:

Required to dispose of existing ballots in all ridings across Canada and urgently replace with winning issue ballots

    I just looked it up Lorne. It is a joke. A good one. Not the LOL kind, The makes you think kind.

      I am currently reading Michael Harris' Party of One, Pamela. This joke enjoys a certain verisimilitude in that it isn't really that far off from some of the stunts the Harper regime has pulled in the past, as recounted by Harris.
