Rick Mercer's Disgust With Harper
The following video is self-explanatory, but if you would like to read more about it and the Harper clan's seemingly endless capacity to not answer questions, check out this link to The Huffington Post.
Yup, makes one wonder how these Con MPs do not hang their heads in shame whenever their leader refuses to answer direct questions repeatedly. We keep hearing that there are good Cons MPs like James Rajotte and Michael Chong. Where are these supposedly decent MPs and how do they put up with Harper obviously evading questions? Shame on them all (Con MPs).
I'm waiting to hear something from Rick on the Harper junta's hijacking last spring of collective bargaining rights, salary determinations, and other personnel budgetary issues at the CBC itself. Apparently one of the items on the table at the Harper Sycophancy Fest out in Calgary is complete public de-funding of the CBC.
It's getting to the point, Lorne, where I'm sustaining vertebra damage from constantly shaking my head in despair.
ReplyDeleteI have the feeling that all of us are collateral damage in King Stephen's quest to avoid any semblance of accountability, Mound.

ReplyDeleteThat is always the problem when leadership is tainted, Anon. The infection spreads.

ReplyDeleteWhat are your thoughts on that, Mr. Mercer?

Some excellent questions, Neil. Let's hope they form the basis of some future Mercer rants.
