This Has Nothing To Do With Canadian Politics

It is a tale of corporate indifference on the part of Porche, and how the 'little guy' attempts to rectify it:

  1. He certainly has it well documented, Lorne. We have courts to handle these situations. He can sue in 'fundamental breach' for rescission of the contract and return of the purchase price. I doubt an arbitration clause would prevent a lawsuit in these circumstances.

    1. I think the situation unfolded in New Zealand, Mound. I wonder if their laws differ in these matters from ours?
