If I stood out in front of my nameless, faceless, empty shirt Conservative MPP's office with the sign: "Stupid, Fascist, Greedy Conservatives - Ford says workers go to hell" - I might be accused of hyperbole but it would be exactly how I feel.

DeleteInflation seems to be running roughly in the 6--7.5 % range so Dougie is offering CCPE workers a cut in pay.
Perhaps Doug thinks they are used to pay cuts, jrk. This from the CBC: "From 2012 to 2021, the education workers' wages increased about 8.5 per cent. Over the same period, inflation in Ontario rose 17.8 per cent, meaning the workers essentially took a massive pay cut over that period."
