If you are using Chrome, Mound, I wonder if the plugin is being blocked. Take a look at the top of your browser to see if that is the case. If so, you should be able to click on the notice and unblock it.
I opened it in Firefox. A small sliver indeed and yet there are those who exploit the rift that divides Americans.
