Paul Calandra Apologizes

After his disgraceful behaviour the other day in the House during Question Period, Parliamentary Secretary and ardent Harper loyalist Paul Callandra issued a 'tearful' apology this morning. For me, his motives are suspect:

  1. Calandra can stuff his apology, he reminds me of a yappy little Goebbels. Andrew Scheer has always been, Harper's little dweeb. I won't bother to say just who, Harper reminds me of.

Calandra and Andrew Scheer should be banned from Parliament. Harper certainly should have been banned long ago. Harper is the one and only Canadian PM ever, to be held in contempt of Parliament.

Harper and his cabal have been a total disgrace, to Canada and the people. It boggles me, how Harper isn't kicked out of Canada.

    1. I just read a searing editorial indictment of the Harper contempt for Parliament in the Globe, Anon. I may post some excerpts in my next blog entry, but I can't help but think that the overwhelmingly negative reaction Calandra provoked account for his crocodile tears. That, and a Harper command to 'fix it.'

  2. Calandra cried like a child who got spanked by his parents and was forced to apologize to the people he wronged. Then he started smiling and smirking while admitting that he would commit the same offence again, but he caught himself and went back into fake sobbing mode. What a pathetic display by a pathetic man.

    1. This is likely just another form of contempt for Parliament that the regime is known for, Anon. CBC reports that his 'apology' was written by the PMO, and Calandra was forced to deliver it. Perhaps his were tears of humiliation of a different king.
