Pictures, Not Words

I lack the heart these days to write on my blog. Therefore, I think I shall let pictures, in this case, an editorial cartoon, speak for me.

  1. Maybe we deserve to fail. Our level of stupidity deserves repercussions. It just sucks that other species will also suffer.

    1. Many see us as a blight on the earth, Anon. With that, I can't really disagree, given what we have done.

  2. I am tiring of the progressives response to the Trump victory.
Trump won because progressive politics have become , as the right would say, woke!
Whilst Trump and his look alike's around the world concentrated on , misinformed, grievances ,the , not so, progressives took to the road with being nicey nice, rainbow crosswalks , trans issues , and generally singing kumbaya!
This is not to dismiss these concerns but when the Titanic is sinking you don't complain you cannot move because your feet will get wet!
That we put so much effort into these superficial 'woke' ideals whilst the planet burns ( this applies to the BC Greens too) makes me shake my head and wonder why I did not spoil my vote in the last BC election!!
We are at a point where the far right has cornered grievance, hate and is looking for a 'religious' saviour whilst the left tries to rid the dictionaries of the world of the word pragmatist..

    1. Words without deeds, to take a quote from Hamlet, TB, just don't cut it anymore. The progressives, in this specific case, the Democrats, have failed in truly addressing the existential issues of the world, thereby yielding to the hard right, with their simplistic rhetoric, the field.
