And apparently Justin Trudeau has reached him limit with Sun News. His decision to boycott the network, I'm sure, will send the foaming right wing into a howling frenzy.
Levant's stock in trade is his unique willingness to make an angry idiot of himself. He's at least intelligent enough to understand what he's doing - to himself.- but it's how he earns his living. He's a huckster and he realizes it. He also realizes there's some minor constituency for his farcical views.
Why would a man who must regard himself as intelligent (or at least more intelligent than all those lefties) do this to himself? Ezra must be intelligent enough to be able to earn a good living in other ways than possibly slandering or libeling others and then, going by his past record, likely putting up public appeals for people to contribute money to help him fight the lawsuits. I do not know if the Trudeau family intends to sue him but I suspect many people would be cheering if they do so.

That's no excuse for his destructive efforts in trying to destroy Canadian political democracy. His 'intelligence' would be more suited to the retail industry.
I guess that one can at least take some solace in the fact that Levant works for a 'network' that numbers its viewers at the best of times in the low thousands, Anon.

ReplyDeleteHe must be a man of very low self-esteem, Mound, as this is hardly something to be proud of.

ReplyDeleteA strange form of masochism would be my guess here as to Levant's motivation, Anon.
