The Harper Regime In One Easy-To-Understand Graphic!

H/t Boycott The Harper Conservatives

For those of you who are more text-oriented or want a comprehensive recounting of the depredations of the Harper years, I encourage you to check out and bookmark Rural's Harper History Series over at Democracy Under Fire.

Rural has taken on the unenviable and herculean but noble task of compiling the myriad abuses of and acts of contempt against democracy during King Stephen's reign; it is a lot to take in and can be depressing at times to see what we have lost, but if read in measured amounts is a very useful reminder of why it is paramount that we toss out this band of renegades in October.

I encourage you to visit his series regularly as we head into the election, and share with those who you think might benefit.

  1. .. why not enter at least some of the parasitic lamprey eels into the epicenter of that graphic? Harper of course & secret weapon wife Laureen.. but why not cabin boy Ray Novak or Jenni Byrne.. or leagle beagle millionaire Arthur Hamilton or Novak understudy Stephen Lecce.. seeing as they appear to be the most powerful people in Canadian politics, surely they are deserving?

Can't let thugs like Oliver Blaney, James #ridemewilfred Moore, lives with Mommy Jason Kenney, Nicholson, Ambrose or pus sack poutine Pierre Poilievre have all the glory ! So many to name its damn near impossible.. the #cpcjudas corps.. the toxic Big Energy corpse, the Election Fraud datawankers.. and we can't forget The Base.. the donors .. the volunteers !

    1. The rogues' gallery is indeed overflowing, Salamander. Alison at Creekside updates hers regularly: http://creekside1.blogspot.ca/2015/06/harpers-perps-with-perks-17.html

Good to hear from you; I was wondering what you have been up to of late.

    2. .. though following all excellent Indy blogs intently, Lorne.. I've put almost all my effort into Twitter commenting.. which due to length is almost poetic by nature & easily read/absorbed. May soon unleash my viral video production/editing, soundtrack & Photoshop skills for political & environmental purposes. Those skills no longer support paying my bills so why not apply to a greater purpose !

  2. Thanks for the link Lorne, the next installment will be coming shortly as soon as I can stomach plowing through yet another years worth of depressing " depredations of the Harper years". If anything it get worse now that I am reviewing the majority years, and that graphic is all too accurate!

  3. Instead of the word "Renegades" which can sometimes carry a Robin Hood-ian, daring-do connotation can we not just refer to It and them as treasonous ratbastards? Far more accurate...

  4. "King Stephen"

This description both demeans monarchs everywheres and grants Harper honour he is unworthy of. I assume that was not your intention.

    1. Please rest assured that was not my intention, A Kisaragi. It was written more in the sense that 'the bloat king' is a legend in only his own mind.
